"A CELEBRATION OF MUSIC FESTIVAL"
28 - 31st MAY 2010
This will be an event that will encompass the whole town with different public houses hosting themed live or recorded music plus karaoke. There will also be buskers in the street, workshops, concerts, a battle of the bands competition, and a general talent competition for solo singers, instrumentalists, dancers etc.
FRIDAY 28th MAY:
MAMMA MIA meets GREASE TRIBUTE NIGHT
SATURDAY 29th MAY:
Non stop live music in the Town Hall from 12noon, also in the different pubs in town. Click on website link below for fuller details.
An African Drumming Workshop, a DJ and electronic music workshop and Instruments out of recycled materials workshop for Saturday 29th May, Oldford Infants School. 2pm till 4.30pm. This will be aimed at children, but preferably for the younger children they need parents with them. It is a free event, refreshments will be provided.
MONDAY 31st MAY:

DAVE EVANS
TOWN HALL (evening)
Tickets for all shows can be obtained from the Tourist Information Centre, Church Street Welshpool. Or Welshpool Jewellers, or Brons stall in Market Hall.
